    Just like all the other types of foods, the coffee you drink should be of the highest quality. Unfortunately, coffee is among the few crops that throughout their growth are exposed to all kinds of chemicals and pesticides. As such, drinking this kind of coffee is bound to expose you to toxins that may lead to weird headaches and, get in the way of your health and wellness. So how do you differentiate high quality from low quality coffee? The secret is to find one that contains any of these words – fair trade organic, organic or single origin. In case you are stopping for coffee while on the go, do so in the much smaller specialty cafes. These specialty cafes are best known for sourcing coffee beans that are of the highest quality. And as you will realize, high quality coffee tastes better and has a more concentrated aroma.

    PREPARATION METHOD:

    There being a number of coffee preparation methods, it’s hard to tell which ones are perfect. Though it’s impossible to pinpoint a method that is the best, or one that is the poorest, there certainly are ones that should be avoided. For instance, using standard drip coffee machines (which are made using plastic) to make your coffee is likely to give it a ‘plastic-like’ taste and expose you to harmful chemicals. The same is the case with coffee makers that have a cup delivery system for they may lead you to consume heavy metals that are damaging to the body. The solution to all this is using a glass stove top or French press coffee maker or, a high quality espresso machine. And just in case you have a sensitive stomach, you should consider drinking coffee that’s less acidic or in other words, cold brewed coffee.
